For Glycolic Renewal Body Smoother Exfoliating Body Spray: Shake well before use. Mist onto clean, dry skin and allow to fully dry before applying moisturizer. Work your way up to using 2-3x a week as needed. Patch testing prior to use is recommended. Reduce frequency if sensitivity occurs. Wear sun protection during the day.

For Retinol Revive Overnight Lotion: In the evening, massage a generous amount all over the body until fully absorbed. Can be layered with body moisturizer. Reduce frequency if sensitivity occurs. Wear sun protection during the day.

As both formulas contain active ingredients like retinol and glycolic acid, layering is not recommended. Instead, alternate use days.
